Summary

Mirra gives adults (18+) an AI estimate of visible, changeable appearance features from three selfies, followed by practical next steps and an optional check-in after 14 days. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose anything. We do not sell data, show ads, or track you across apps.

Your account

Mirra creates a private anonymous account the first time you use it. There is no email or password. Your account holds the answers you give during setup (age range, goal, concerns), your consent record and your saved reads.

Face photos

  • You take three guided photos (front, left, right) for each read. Nothing is taken from your photo library.
  • The photos are uploaded over an encrypted connection to private storage operated for Mirra by Supabase, used only to create your read, and removed from that storage when the read is finished — whether it succeeds or fails.
  • To create the read, the photos and the minimum relevant setup answers are sent to AI providers acting on our behalf: OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to (currently including Moonshot Kimi), Anthropic, and Alibaba Cloud (Qwen). They process the photos only to return the read. We do not use your photos to train models.
  • Mirra does not identify you, create a face template, compare you against other people or use your face for authentication.
  • On your device, the app keeps the photos only while you review them and, at most, one front photo for 24 hours. If you choose to keep photos for your own before/after comparison, they stay only on your device until you delete them.

Reads and plans

Your read (scores, findings and suggestions) and your 14-day plan are saved to your account so you can reopen them. Plan check-offs and reminders are stored on your device.

Anonymous usage statistics

Anonymous usage statistics are on by default. Mirra sends anonymous usage events (for example "a read was completed" or "the paywall was shown"), a device identifier, and diagnostics and crash information to PostHog (servers in the USA). Events never include photos, findings, answers you typed or other personal content. This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking across apps or for advertising. You can turn this off in Settings at any time. In the EU, the EEA and the UK, the app asks for your consent on first launch and sends no usage statistics unless you agree.

Purchases

Mirra Pro is purchased through Apple. RevenueCat checks your subscription status using your anonymous account ID. We never receive your payment details.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete my Mirra data removes your reads, setup answers, consent record and any stored photos from our systems and clears this device. Deleting the app removes the data kept on your device. Your App Store subscription is managed by Apple and is not cancelled automatically.

Children

Mirra is for adults 18 and older. Setup stops anyone who selects a younger age.
