Mogulands ("the game") is published by CRESCADE LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the game does with information. Questions: hello@crescade.com.
Your data stays on your device
Mogulands has no account and no sign-up. Your progress and settings are stored on your device. We don't run a server for the game.
Anonymous usage statistics
Usage statistics are on by default. The game sends anonymous usage events, such as which parts of the game are used, a device identifier, and diagnostics and crash information to our analytics provider PostHog (servers in the USA). This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking across apps or for advertising. You can turn statistics off at any time in the game's Settings. In the EU, the EEA and the UK, the game asks for your consent on first launch and sends no usage statistics unless you agree.
The game is built with Unity. Unity may collect anonymous hardware statistics, such as device model, operating system and graphics processor (GPU), to improve performance.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, the game can send your scores to Apple for leaderboards. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and you can sign out of it in your device's settings. We don't receive your Game Center details.
What we don't do
The game has no ads and no in-app purchases. We don't sell personal data and don't track you across other apps or websites.
Children
We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Deleting your data
Deleting the game removes your progress and settings from your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
