Shadely ("the app") is published by CRESCADE LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app does with information. Questions: hello@crescade.com.
Your data stays on your device
What you create in Shadely is stored on your device unless this policy says otherwise. You don't need an account to use the app.
Anonymous usage statistics
Usage statistics are on by default. The app sends anonymous usage events, such as which features are used, a device identifier, and diagnostics and crash information to our analytics provider PostHog (servers in the USA). These events don't include your name, email address or anything you create in the app. This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking across apps or for advertising. You can turn statistics off at any time in the app's Settings. In the EU, the EEA and the UK, the app asks for your consent on first launch and sends no usage statistics unless you agree.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage them. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase receipts, not your name or email address. We never see your payment details.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, we don't use advertising tracking, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
Children
Shadely is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes the data it stored on your device. To ask us to delete any other information about you, email hello@crescade.com and tell us which app you use.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
