Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Crescade's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Crescade provides performance marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, conversion rate optimization, content marketing, and related digital marketing services. The exact scope of each engagement is set out in the client's signed service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Publishing and Ad Campaigns on Your Behalf

If you connect a website, Crescade can publish blog posts to it; if you connect your own LinkedIn profile or X account, Crescade can post to it; and if you connect Google Ads, Crescade can create and manage Google Search campaigns in your account. Crescade does this only with your approval:

• A post is published, or a campaign is created or turned on, only after a workspace owner or admin approves exactly what will be sent. Campaigns are created paused and need a second approval to start running.
• Each campaign runs within the daily budget and total cap you set. Crescade checks spend about every six hours and pauses a campaign when it reaches its total cap; because Google can spend up to twice the daily budget in a day, spend can pass the cap slightly before the pause.
• Ad costs are billed by Google to your Google Ads account under your agreement with Google. They are separate from Crescade's fees.
• Anyone in your workspace can pause Crescade campaigns at any time. Before Google Ads disconnects, Crescade pauses the running campaigns it created; if one does not pause, the connection stays until you pause it.
• The platforms you publish or advertise on apply their own policies and may reject or remove posts or ads under them.
• Posts to LinkedIn and X follow the same approval rule and go only to the account of the person who connected it. Undo deletes them. X charges per post, and Crescade shows the estimated cost before you approve.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by Crescade remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their business purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

Performance and Results

Any service levels are set out in the signed service agreement. Crescade does not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates because marketing performance depends on factors outside our control.

Termination

Cancellation and notice terms are set out in the signed service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

Crescade's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
