3D Print Price Calculator helps you price 3D-print jobs and compare quotes with what each job actually cost. It is built to keep your business data on your device.
Your orders stay on your device
Orders, parts, buyers' labels, notes, cost profiles, quotes, print runs and backups are stored only on your iPhone or iPad. 3D Print Price Calculator has no account and no cloud sync. We cannot see this data.
Files you create — customer estimates (PDF), internal cost reports (PDF), CSV exports and backup archives — are written on your device and leave it only when you choose to share or save them, for example with the system Share sheet or the Files app. A backup archive is not encrypted; share it only with people you trust.
Anonymous usage statistics
Usage statistics are on by default. 3D Print Price Calculator sends anonymous events such as "quote saved" or "backup created", together with the app version, a random device identifier, and diagnostics and crash information, to our analytics provider PostHog (United States). This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking across apps or for advertising. We never send order names, buyers, notes, prices, file contents or anything that identifies you. You can turn statistics off at any time in Settings; deleting all data also resets the identifier. In the EU, the EEA and the UK, the app asks for your consent on first launch and sends no usage statistics unless you agree.
Purchases
If in-app purchases are offered, they are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether you have an active purchase. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history from Apple; it does not receive your orders or other app content.
Notifications
If you ask 3D Print Price Calculator to remind you to finish actuals for an order, it schedules a local notification on your device. No server is involved.
Tracking
3D Print Price Calculator does not track you across apps or websites, does not show ads and does not use the advertising identifier.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete all data permanently removes everything 3D Print Price Calculator stored on the device. Deleting the app also removes it. Backups you exported to Files or elsewhere are under your control and are not deleted by the app.
Children
3D Print Price Calculator is a business tool and is not directed at children.
